These do not have that at all because they just taste like a treat.Since they are made in the UK, I felt a lot more confident about the quality and what is actually going into the ingredients. It is also a nice bonus that they managed to pack in BCAAs and electrolytes alongside the full 5g of creatine. Compared to messing around with messy powders that never fully dissolve or swallowing giant tablets, these are just way more convenient to deal with. I can just grab a serving and go without any of the usual gym bag clutter. For some odd reason that is unknown to me, these supplements arrived in a giant bag that is probably 5x bigger than required. Maybe it's packaged for retail to deter theft but it was strange. Look at the picture of it in front of my toaster oven and you can see the bag is huge.The only real catch is the price tag. They are definitely on the expensive side, so you are paying a premium for that convenience and the better taste. That is really the only reason I am giving them four stars instead of five. If you do not mind spending a little extra to make your health goals a lot less of a chore, I would definitely recommend giving them a shot.

There are claims on the site of things that I look for in a supplement and company, but I would like to see more details of those claims - on sourcing, manufacturing, and results of 3rd-party testing (which the site says they do on some of their supplements).I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement but I like this blend, including the absence of fillers and flow agents that many companies say they need to use, while the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to. These creatine gummies are perfect! They taste so good, delicious! What I love the most is how convenient it is to take my creatine now. I have a huge powder container but I always forget to take it. Now I can take these with me, keep them by my nightstand and take them first thing in the am. These energize me and get me ready for my workout. I used to take creatine before bed but because the BCAA, B vitamins and the electrolytes, I actually feel a surge of energy so I'm taking them first thing in the morning for mental and physical energy. The ingredients are very clean and no dairy or gluten so no upset stomach. They are made in UK. Very good value for the money and I have to say the packaging is unique! The bag is as big as a record cover and it really caught my attention. I can tell they put a lot of work in creating the perfect combination, delivery system, convenience and marketing. First of all, they are from the UK where standards for supplements tend to be more rigid than here in the US. The supplements are lab tested and manufactured in a facility that does not process milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy or sesame for anyone who may have allergies to those items. Overall I would recommend this product for those who may not have to be quite as concerned about cost as I do.

One complaint about powders is they get lumpy or don't dissolve in liquid. You have to take 3 gummies per serving (120 gummies / 3 = 40 days of recommended serving).The texture is fine. It's a little stiffer than some gummies, but about the same as what you'd expect from similar products.I didn't have any stomach upset issues or stomach aches with these after using for a couple of days. You might have a different experience though.I didn't like the taste. But then I don't know that I've had a dragon fruit before so I'm not sure if this tastes similar to the fruit (and I should have known better) or not. I like the fact that you get the correct amount of creatine and these they have the BCA and electrolytes which is great. They are definitely sugar-free. Don’t see any calories which is awesome too. They’re not really sweet. I wouldn’t say you’re gonna taste sweetness when you eat these like a sugar-free type of sweetener, it actually very minimal like a natural flavor from the Arctic dragon fruit flavor mixture so it’s like a minty taste with the dragon fruit that gives a little sweetness. It’s easy to cut. These are a little rubbery and take a little bit of chewing, but they’re easy to chew they do digest easily then I’ll upset my stomach. The flavor I thought would be a little bit sweeter. It’s not as sweet but overall it gives you what you need so it’s easier than a powder form or taking it in like a mix of some sort with the flavor that’s not sweet so this is actually decent. The ingredients are good. I like that. It has all the necessary supplements I need especially prior to workout and you get so much, they are prepackaged so you get three Gummies in separate packaging and overall they dissolve easily. I wouldn’t say the taste is my favorite but everything else is good. it doesn’t upset my stomach and I’m happy with these. This supplement product arrived on time. The texture of these gummies is excellent. Part of this constant effectiveness is due to the individual wrapping of each serving size. Both the taste and the swallowability are also very good. I feel there is good value for the money with this product.

This huge bag contains several individually sealed bags of three little lightning bolt shaped gummies. Each of them tastes pretty good, they're easy to use and I've had no adverse side effects. There's no mixability because it's not a powder their gummies. I assume they're effective as I've had no issues taking them as of yet. I just find it odd that it's such a gigantic bag for just a bunch of little individually sealed baggies.
