These softgels are surprisingly tiny. My other vitamin D3 pills are also tiny, but I've found that magnesium glycinate tends to need a larger pill, so these were a surprise. I'm pleased that these pills contain the superior form of magnesium in the form of magnesium glycinate, and that it is clearly labeled how much elemental magnesium you are receiving per pill. You also get an impressive 500 mcg of K2 per 10,000 IU of D3. Many other supplements offer only around 100 mcg K2 for this amount of D3, and I've personally needed to add extra K2 on the side, but for these it's not necessary. You get a lot in one small pill, cutting down on buying supplements separately. Very pleased with this order.

I'm going to be a little cautious since I've never taken a supplement with astaxanthin in it, I'd research it to make sure you aren't surprised if you get any side effects. The soft gels are easy to take. I not a big fan of the sealable pouch they come in. I prefer bottles since they are easier to store.

This is great. I actually feel this is perfect size or small enough to take every day and you only need to take one vitamin D3 is so important so that I can absorb the calcium, especially since I am physically active and I like the benefit of the K2 as well, so I’m very happy that this was easy to find and I can get both supplements in one. It also has other ingredients like a mega three fatty acid, which is great, especially since I’m trying to maintain a healthier cholesterol and healthy heart so it definitely is very beneficial for me and the magnesium is also a benefit definitely with cramping in my legs, but vitamin D3 I’ve been needing especially for the absorption of calcium so this is perfect. The capsule or small easy to swallow. I take it with food every morning and it doesn’t upset my stomach or irritate me at all.

I ordered this thinking I was getting just vitamin D3 and K2- totally my fault for not paying attention. There are lots of other things in this as well- black seed oil, magnesium, omega 3, and something called astaxanthin that I had never even heard of before. I did some quick research on the last one- very interesting! I am not a doctor and have no qualifications at all to recommend any supplements to anyone- I feel we all need to do our on investigating or consult with our doctors to make the best decisions that we can. With that in mind, I always limit my comments on the supplements that I try. These pills are double the size of the D3 pills I normally take but they are still very small and easy to swallow. I have taken them for a few days and they don't bother my stomach or cause any issues. These are currently priced at $40. I do find the formulation to be a very interesting combination. I know I need the D3 and the K2 for sure as it was recommended to me by my doctor. I am going to keep taking them and see how I feel. I do a lot of different things for my health so it's hard to pinpoint what is making the difference at times. I like what I am reading so I do find this to have some interesting potential.

Thankfully they have a great expiration date!
