After a few weeks i noticed less hair coming out in the shower and my hair felt a bit stronger when brushing. not a miracle, but definitely a real improvement if you stay consistent.. i would say give it 6 to 8 weeks, and if your shedding is from stress or hormones this still helps, but it wont fix everything alone. overall i would buy again for hair support

I have only been taking these pumpkin seed oil capsules for about 2 weeks now. I am searching for a natural supplement that will help alleviate some of my perimenopausal symptoms. I have not yet noticed any noticable differences, but what I can say is that I have had no GI upset, no stomach cramping or discomfort, no constipation or diarrhea, and no abnormal urinary issues. My energy level is either slightly improved or perhaps my optimism is higher. These capsules seem to be of a much better quality over others as I haven't seen any bursting or leaking of these capsules. Each capsule seems to be clear and consistent in color. There is only the faintest "earthy" aroma. But I literally have to stick my nose in the bag to smell it. Overall, there are no odors and I don't taste anything when taking these capsules. I don't typically have issues with sleeping. 😴 To be honest I have not noticed any difference in my quality of sleep since I started taking these.

As with any health supplement, you're going to want to take its claims with a grain of salt. Metaphorically. You probably don't want to literally put salt on it. But they don't really have to prove anything or do tests and studies. Health supplements aren't regulated.Definitely consult with your doctor and check medication interactions before using it (or any supplement). I personally have decided to take 1/3 of the amount they recommend, but still use it, because I struggle to keep down zinc, so I never have zinc when I need it. This being in a soft gel lets it get down without causing me nauseated.Also they are vegan soft gels!I don't even know what saw palmetto, lycopene, or beta-sitosterol are supposed to do as health benefits. I AM quite aware of the potential dangers of all three of those. However, I am not going to elaborate about those here, because you should speak with your doctor and make sure nothing you take interacts badly with it, and no health conditions you might have interact badly with it. Also because some of the mild side effects might scare you into thinking you have something terrible if you aren't aware to expect them as a potential result.All in all, I'm giving this props because it makes it possible for me to take zinc 😆
