1mg of 5-MTHF (5-methyltetrahydrofolate) per capsule, provided as Quatrefolic® — the 4th-generation L-methylfolate. Unlike synthetic folic acid which requires conversion by the MTHFR enzyme, 5-MTHF is the bioactive, methylated form of folate that is directly utilised by the body. Quatrefolic® is bound to glucosamine for superior stability and bioavailability.
